Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact. We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 1-599-517-4860. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  2. Packaging: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include all original accessories and documentation.
  3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 1-599-517-4860 with photos of the damage or incorrect item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without an RMA number
